About Us

Starting from the needs of processing services with export quality tobacco, PT. Mitra Usaha Abadi is established with the aim to provide services to customers to process their tobacco with meet the quality and quantity as expected. Green Leaf Threshing Plant is the factory where tobacco is processed after purchasing the tobacco from the farmers. Lamina and Stem of a leaf are separated and dried to safe storage moisture content in the threshing factory. Blending, tipping, conditioning, picking, Classification and re-drying are the important unit operation in tobacco threshing.

Threshing Line

Threshing line capacity 5 tons/hour with C48 carton packing. We have 5 stage thresher and classifired for separate small particle from main product.
Redry Line

Redrying line capacity 4 tons/hour with c48 carton packing or 3 tons/hour with Hesian Cloth. We have roller conveyor with 24 velcro for decrease NTRM on product.
Cut Tobacco Line

Cut Tobacco line capacity 1,2 tons/hour to lamina and stem cutting with c48 carton packing or with Hesian cloth. We have the ability to cut rag lamina and stem.
